Remote Customer Service Executive

**_Schedule: 8:00AM - 5:00PM, Mexico City (12:00AM - 9:00AM AEST)_**We are a fast-paced global tech company specializing in photo editing for the real estate market. We are hiring!We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our global customer service team.This role is for a full-time contractor position, 100% remote.The role of a Customer Service Executive is to develop customer relationships that promote customer experience and success, ultimately improving customer lifetime value and retention.To be successful in this role, you'll require:- A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience.- Your own laptop or computer (dual screen is an advantage)- Good interpersonal skills in English (both verbal and written)- To be able to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences effectively.- The ability to stay focused.- To be able to use your own initiative to problem-solve.- Effective time-management skills.- A high level of written and spoken English.As this is a home-based position, you therefore must have your own computer, stable and fast internet and a suitable working environment.You must be able to work 8 hours a day, 5 days per week.The salary is in line with the applicable salary brackets for a Customer Service Executive in Mexico.
