They genuinely value their team members and want everyone to enjoy their job.**We are looking for a **_Customer Service Representative_** to be the first point of contact and support the following activities**:- Answer incoming phone calls.- Assist callers by providing relevant information regarding accounts receivable, maintenance, community queries, etc.- Direct calls to the correct personnel when needed.- Take and relay messages in a timely fashion.**Work Schedule**:- Monday to Friday._- Regular Schedule: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM CST MX- Daylight saving in the USA: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM CST MX**THIS POSITION IS REMOTE.
