Remote - Customer Service Representative

We are a full-service company, meaning that we can handle all aspects of your community association's needs, from financial and accounting services to maintenance and repairs.The main activities for this position are:- Be able to handle a high volume of incoming calls. This person will be the first point of contact.- Process work orders through CRM.- Provide knowledgeable answers to homeowners about HOA rules, Architectural reviews, accounting questions, billing, maintenance, etc.- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.Schedule:M to F: 8:30 to 17:00 CSTDaylight saving: 7:30 to 16:00 CST MEXWe offer:- Christmas bonus of 30 days (Aguinaldo)- Vacation according to law- IMSS- Major medical insurance since day 1After 3 month probationary contract, we add:- Minor medical insurance (Clinic may vary according to the city you are from)- Food vouchers- Saving fund- Restaurant tickets**Requirements**:2 years of experience in a call center environment.High School diploma.Strong communication skills (writing and speaking, we will provide a writing sample).Experience dealing with **difficult **customers.Strong English speaking skillsBilingual (English and Spanish)
