One week per month employee will work a Saturday and during that weeks shifts will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday)9:00am CT - 5:00pm CT10:00am CT - 6:00pm CT**About our client**:Our client is a Real Estate Investment firm that owns and operates self storage facilities.**Job Overview**:Their Customer Service Representatives are the first what sets them apart from their competition and since they do not have any employees onsite at each of their self storage locations, they are the face of their business.The primary responsibilities include:**Responsibilities**:- Responding to tenant inquires- Answering Incoming Calls- Processing tenant payments made over the phone- Fielding tenant requests- Processing move-outs on management software- Creating & updating tasks for local managers- Scheduling appointments for maintenance & repairs- Monitoring management software and preparing reports (bi-weekly & monthly)- Making outbound calls to delinquent tenants to collect payment- Updating tenant accounts- Managing DaVinci lock combination codes (when necessary; seldom)**Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies**:Qualifications:- 2 yrs of customer service experience- Experience with Microsoft Office (particularly Microsoft Teams)- Ability to work with a team and communicate tasks to all members of the team- Good communication skills- Multi-tasker- At least Intel i3 (or equivalent), Ram at least 4gb, internet at least 15 mb- Access to backup internet- Additional experience that would be beneficial: Real estate customer service, Sales experience (used when upselling to prospective customers)**Benefits**:The role comes with 14 days paid vacation as well as all US observed holidays.**Salary**:$1,400 USD / mo (paid on 15th & 30th each month)Bonus Compensation (Positive Google Review Incentive, every month):We have a positive google review incentive that for every 4 or 5 star google review generated by a customer service rep, they get a $10 bonus (and there is no max).
