Customer Service Representative**Duties**:- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently- Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or to provide updates on orders- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions**Skills**:- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills- Fluent in English (verbal and written)- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products or services- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy- Bilingual or multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, is a plus- Experience in outbound calling is preferred but not requiredJoin our team as a Customer Service Representative and be part of a dynamic and customer-focused organization.
