Remote - Customer Service Representative

- We are looking for a _**_Customer Service Representative_**_ to support the following activities:_
- Data entry for entering orders, following up on open order items, etc.
- Field phone calls and provide exemplary customer support.
- Maintain accurate digital records, files, and communications through data entry.
- Arrange for prompt and satisfactory responses to emergency service requests.

**Work Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday_
- _ Regular Schedule: 8:00 to 17:00 CST MX_
- _Daylight saving in the USA: 07:00 to 16:00 CST MX_

After the 3-month probation contract, we add the following:

**Requirements**:
**MUST: Advanced English (Strong communication skills: writing and speaking)**
- 2 years of experience in a call center for American customers.
- Excellent typing skills.
- Experience using a ticketing system.
- Experience handling demanding customers.
