Remote- Customer Success Associate

We are hiring a client success representative for our Property Management Company. You will be working alongside a team working to support our clients in a timely and efficient manner. You will have clear support goals and report to the client success manager who sets goals with you.**Responsibilities**:- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.- Communicating with customers through various channels.- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.**Requirements**:- Clear English Communication Written and Spoken- Experience working in a High Volume Customer Service environment- Advanced Customer Service Skills- Task-Driven- Critical thinking**Salary**: $24,000.00 - $28,100.00 per month**Experience**:- Customer Service: 3 years (required)**Language**:- English fluently (required)
