Remote Immigration Legal Assistant

The United Firm, APC, is expanding its legal team, and is actively seeking a skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Remote Legal Assistant.
Candidates must have an excellent client-service attitude and case management skills, with at least 2 years of immigration law experience and knowledge of procedural requirements for non-immigrant and immigrant visas.
In this role, the lead paralegal will participate in all aspects of our immigration law practice, including assisting in the management of client relationships, case preparation, review, and analysis.Responsibilities:Utilize in-depth legal knowledge to make reasoned decisions in immigration matters.Manage client relationships with a strong client-service attitude.Conduct case review, analysis, and preparation for immigrant and non-immigrant petitions.Stay informed about procedural requirements for various non-immigrant and immigrant visas.Participate in all aspects of the immigration practice.Utilize case management and billing systems.Requirements:At least 2 years of immigration law experience.Strong understanding of immigration-related laws and procedures.Excellent case management skills.Client-service mindset and effective communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a growing legal team.Bilingual (English and Spanish).Come work as an Immigration Legal Assistant in our growing firm with opportunities to advance in your career!The United Firm, APC is an equal employment opportunity employer.
