.**Description**- **This position is for all of Latin America**_- **We are looking for Remote Lawyers with Personal Injury, Family law, Estate Law, Trust**_,_ **or Tax experience.**_A remote lawyer provides legal counsel and acts as a voice for the clients they represent. As a remote attorney, your daily responsibilities may vary, based on your specialty and the particular case you are working on, but your general job duties include collecting evidence, interviewing your clients and others who may have pertinent information in the case, performing legal research, drawing up contracts and other documents and contracts, and filing briefs.**Responsibilities**:- Assist managing attorneys on any legal matters.- Assists in giving advice to clients on how to behave appropriately while charges are pending, including using social media and confiding in family and friends.- Assisting managing attorneys in dealing with clients and learning about their legal worries and requirements to provide them with crucial pieces of guidance.- Plan how to successfully and affordably settle the clients' legal issues.- Provide customers with information on legal choices and let them know about any consequences or threats.- Create compelling arguments and defend clients in civil and criminal court cases.- Establish reliable relationships with clients.- Make timely and precise legal document preparations, such as dispositions, pleadings, and contracts.- Obtain client retainers and carry out contracts.- Collect information from clients to determine the specifics and merits of each case.- Analyze legal conflicts and provide customers with recommendations.- Organizing and putting together administrative reports.- Assist in the accuracy and completeness evaluation of legal documents.- Ensure that matters are handled effectively, communicating with senior associates.- Prepare and analyze legal documents before a court hearing Advise clients and perform legal research on their behalf.- Conduct client interviews and seek out and speak with expert witnesses.- Collaborate to prepare legal documents and/or processes transactions with the assistance of the appointed attorneys and support professionals.- Creating pleadings and motions for court cases, as well as contracts, wills, trusts, and other legal documents.**Requirements**:- Motivated self-starter, ability to multitask, detail-oriented, flexible, and personable.- Must possess strong written and verbal English communication skills.- Obtained a Bachelor's degree or higher.- Family law, Personal Injury, Estate Law, Trust, or Tax experience is preferred.- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.- Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to change.- Must possess excellent organizational skills.- Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information skillfully
