The role responsibilities would be to generate and manage rental listings the Leasing Coordinator is the primary point of contact that guides prospective residents through the entire leasing process, from viewing an online listing to moving in. This team member lists property communicates with prospective residents, assists in scheduling tours, requests feedback, encourages applicants and completes template leases.Don't worry, previous experience in property management isn't required!
