Remote Leasing Office Assistant

**Position Overview**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Answer and manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, providing outstanding customer service to prospective tenants- Coordinate and schedule property tours, leasing appointments, and follow-ups for the leasing team.- Communicate effectively in English and Spanish to address inquiries, explain leasing terms, property availability, and resolve concerns.- Perform accurate data entry to update and maintain tenant, property, and leasing information in the system.- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and appointments to ensure timely responses and effective communication.- Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic records, ensuring data accuracy.- Collaborate with the leasing team to streamline processes, provide updates, and ensure smooth operations.- Complete additional administrative tasks as needed to support the remote leasing office.**Qualifications**:- Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written communication skills required).- Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, data entry, or administrative support preferred.- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment- Availability to work 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time).- Strong phone etiquette, communication, and organizational skills.- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.**Work Environment**:Pay: $6.00 - $8.00 per hourWork Location: Remote
