The first step to start your journey with us is to complete a pre-interview recording using the following link**:USEVIVI.COM/INTERVIEW/PACIFICWORKERS/- Job Summary_- Duties_- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, and briefs- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases- Manage and maintain electronic and physical files using document management systems, such as iManage- Prepare and organize documents for court filings and hearings- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and court dates- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel- Perform data entry and update legal case management systems- Proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness- Write summaries of legal documents and correspondence- Requirements_- Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or similar role is preferred- Proficiency in using document management systems, such as iManage- Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures- Strong research skills and ability to gather information from various sources- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team- Strong written and verbal communication skills**Please submit your resume and video recording interview for consideration.**Pay: $18,000.00 - $21,000.00 per month**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: Remote
