Remote Maintenance Agent

**Description**:Gordian Staffing, a New Way of HR.You will be collaborating with a full-service association management company located Chicago that offers a great service to homeowner associations.The schedule for this job is Monday-Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm with 1 hour break.What would you do?Process work orders as received by confirming receipt to the homeowner and assigning the appropriate vendor.- Maintain good rapport with other departments and Regions that this position works closely with to assist owners as quickly and efficiently as possible.- Maintain good rapport with property owners, promptly responding to their work orders and providing updated timelines as projects are scheduled.- Adhere to corporate service inquiry procedure for logging calls.- Forward all maintenance issues/requests to the appropriate staff or vendor via the CRM Work Order program.- Respond to homeowners submitting maintenance requests through website.- Follow up with vendors to confirm scheduling of appointments with owners to ensure maintenance requests are promptly addressed.- Schedule regular maintenance services for the associations.We offer:- Competitive Salary- Remote Work and equipment.- Christmas bonus of 30 days (Aguinaldo).- Major medical insurance since day 1.- After the 3-month probation contract, we add: Minor medical insurance, Food vouchers,Restaurant tickets and Saving fund.**Requirements**:- High School diploma mandatory.- Strong computer skills.- Strong communications skills in English (writing and speaking)- At least 3 years of wxperience dealing with work orders or tickets.- Having experience in maintenance for facilities or properties is a plus.
