**Responsibilities**:

- Produce Schematic Drawings, Design Development Construction documents, and Construction drawings, for projects ranging from residential, multifamily, Industrial and Commercial projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including structural engineers, fellow architects, and designers to develop high-quality architectural designs for various project types including industrial, commercial, and multifamily developments.
- Utilize your expertise in Revit to create detailed architectural drawings and documentation.
- Incorporate a solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and building systems, particularly in relation to wood frame multifamily construction.
- Ensure designs adhere to US codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Create detailed and accurate architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Incorporate sustainable design practices and energy-efficient strategies into projects where applicable.
- Participate in client meetings, presenting design concepts and progress updates.
- Assist in the preparation of project presentations and visualizations to effectively communicate design intent.
**Requirements**:
- **Bachelor's degree in architecture and a valid architectural license.**:
- **Minimum of 5 years of professional experience (not including internship) in architectural design and production, with a strong and diverse portfolio showcasing your expertise.**:
- **Proficiency in Revit software.**:
- **Wood framing/timber framing experience is a must.**:
- **Multifamily projects are essential.**:
- Strong attention to detail, a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality, and a passion for innovative design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
- Experience working on wood frame multifamily projects is essential.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Owns a personal computer meeting the specified technical requirements.
- Familiarity with software tools such as ArchiCAD, BIM360, SketchUp, VRay, Bluebeam, Grasshopper, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, and Lumion 3D Rendering (bonus skills).
