The position will listen to the patient's condition and schedule them into the dental practice.**Responsibilities**- Address client questions and concerns and handle objections- Effectively schedule in patients for dental implant consultations at a high clip- Familiarize yourself with our working script and your assigned locations- Book and manage appointments for our clients- Respond to leads inside of our CRM**Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies**:- A high school diploma or equivalent- Prior experience in sales is required- Knowledge of the dental industry is preferred/Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures (preferred but not required)- Prior call agent experience is a plus!- Applicants must have strong English reading, writing skills.- Very fluent English- Ability to learn new technology & software quickly- Strong phone and customer service skills- Strong confidence in handling objections- Knowledge of Insurance, HIPAA Compliance, and Med/Dental Financing Options a plus!- Familiarity and experience with CRM technologies and project management software such as ASANA- Exhibit a high degree of professionalism and carePay: $35,090.87 - $38,989.86 per monthWork Location: Remote
