Your primary focus will be on crafting compelling owned media journeys and one-off campaigns with an omnichannel approach, all while maintaining a performance-oriented perspective. Your mission is to maximize installer acquisition for loan requests and enhance the conversion rate from approved leads to loan disbursement.OutcomesCraft Omnichannel Owned Media Journeys:Develop comprehensive owned media journeys that seamlessly guide users from initial engagement to loan request, ensuring a cohesive and engaging experience across various channels.Leverage multiple owned media platforms, including but not limited to email, SMS, in-app messaging, and push notifications, to create targeted and personalized campaigns.Performance-Focused Campaigns:Design and execute one-off campaigns with a clear performance perspective, focusing on maximizing the number of installers who submit loan requests.Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize campaign performance, identifying and capitalizing on the most effective messaging, visuals, and channels.Maximize Approved Leads Conversion:Develop strategies to enhance the conversion rate from approved leads to loan disbursement, identifying key levers that positively impact the user journey.Collaborate with the Analytics team to gather insights and utilize data-driven approaches in optimizing conversion pathways.Implement tests to improve the click-to-install ratio and positioning on App Store.Day-to-dayDaily review and weekly report of onboarding journey metrics and tests results.Propose and implement communication journey tests to improve install to evaluation and authorized to disbursed ratios.Participate in customer calls to get valuable insights that drive product experiments to maximize activation.Explore incentives and propose meaningful initiatives coordinated with Finance, Risk, and other teams involved.Contribute to ASO initiatives such as descriptions and screenshots to maximize the click-to-install ratio.Foster collaboration with other team members, including Acquisition, to align owned media initiatives with overarching goals.Why you should applyYou have +2 years of paid media experience working in marketing or advertising agencies or in a startup at a hyper growth stage.Experience owning media campaign orchestration.
