.REMOTEThe Project Management Office Manager (PMO) is responsible for developing and leading the project management function, providing leadership, integration, and management of PMO processes achieving quality, consistency, and oversight of projects aligned with the company's strategic goals and adhering to best practices. Maintains project management methodologies, standards, and tools, and establishes the company approach for the full life cycle of projects from planning, initiation, resourcing, and execution to monitoring, control, and completion. Ensures PMO meets performance targets and works alongside with the business leaders to help determine the projects priority, activation and schedule in the portfolios and roadmaps. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Establish and manage the PMO role and operating model, ensures the successful implementation of the PMO strategy, responsibilities, services, and deliverables. Interact with executives to define project priorities, provide Project planning, Milestone management, Scope management, Resource forecasting. Monitor the portfolios, projects, and subprojects. Report and assist team in reporting to Senior Management and Stakeholders, Supervising the delivery of projects on time, within scope/good quality and on budget; makes the organization accountable of their deliverables within the project portfolios, escalates issues and promotes communication across the organization. Establish the measurements criteria's, methodologies, and tools to be used by the PMO and collaborates with Strategy Product Delivery to govern the product lines deliverables per the company priorities, Update and maintain the Risk Log, Action Log, Decisions Log, and Issue Register Create, monitor, and supervise a knowledge base, project center, Azzure Dev Ops Monitor compliance with policies and standards. Establish the PMO organization structure, hiring and managing staffing requirements in line with project objectives. Oversee the delegation of work to Project Managers, Program Managers and PMO Business Analysts. Set the performance targets for the individuals in the team and conduct performance reviews, coaching and mentoring to the PMO team Directly manages high critical projects or programs from the portfolio along with the PM's and Strategy Management Director Work with company stakeholders, when required, to provide executive leaders with the information needed to assess which business case proposals have the highest potential value, impact, and strategic alignment to be considered in the roadmap and project activation.**REQUIREMENTS**:Fluent in English & SpanishExpert-level knowledge of project and change management and associated methodologies, techniques, processes and approaches, methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and /or Waterfall)
