Remote Project Manager

### Key Responsibilities:- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.- Manage and prioritize tasks in Linear, keeping stakeholders informed on project progress and any potential risks or roadblocks.- Communicate project updates clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, managing their expectations at every stage of the project.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals, deadlines, and deliverables.- Facilitate meetings, including project kick-offs, status updates, and retrospectives.- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.## Qualifications:- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a remote or distributed team setting.- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.- Hands-on experience using Linear for project management and stakeholder communication.- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.- Experience working with diverse, cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and other stakeholders.- Knowledge of agile and other project management methodologies is a plus.## Benefits:- Fully remote position - work from anywhere.- Flexible working hours.- Opportunity to work with a diverse and innovative team.- Competitive salary and benefits.If you are a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager with experience in Linear, we want to hear from you!Pay: $712,273.00 - $904,779.00 per yearWork Location: Remote
