Remote - Property Management Maintenance Coordinator

We are looking for a trustworthy maintenance coordinator to take charge of all incoming maintenance requests. To be successful, you should demonstrate excellent organizational skills and be able to think on your feet.**Responsibilities**:- Manage work order flow from creation to completion- Manage software as required to support work order flow- Assist Tenants in troubleshooting everyday maintenance items such as stuck garbage disposals or tripped electrical/GFCI breakers- Researching maintenance history of properties to best address maintenance issues, identify prior work completed,- Check if the warranty is in place for work or appliances.- Assign work order to fit vendor best- Secure and approve work estimates as required- Verify invoice accuracy and submit to accounting for payment and closing out of work order- Collaborates with team members for updates and workflow transition handoffs- Regularly communicate with Property owners and Tenants regarding the Work Orders**Requirements**:- 2+ years of experience in similar positions- Great troubleshooting experience: understands how to walk customers through an issue to understand the problem truly- 1+ Years using Appfolio Management Software is a plus- Strong attention to detail.- Repair work experience preferred.What do we offer?- Full-time, Monday-Friday- Paid Property Management training- 30/60/90 days performance check-ins- Salary: 8-10 USD per hour.
