We are now expanding into the Build-To-Rent (BTR) space, offering residents a unique living option with the benefits of homeownership without the commitment.**The Role**:- They are seeking a driven and experienced Project Coordinator to join their growing team. You will play a pivotal role in the development of BTR communities across 3 major metropolitan areas (MSAs) in Texas, with the initial focus on Houston. This is an opportunity to be involved in every aspect of the development process, from initial site selection and land acquisition to project completion and ultimate sale. Your expertise and insights will be highly valued, and you will be encouraged to contribute to process improvement and expedite project timelines.**Responsibilities**:- Partner with the Development Director and team in identifying and evaluating potential BTR development sites across various MSAs in Texas.- Assist with project design, collaborating with architects, engineers, and other consultants.- Manage project budgets and timelines, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.- Coordinate with various departments and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and project flow.- Oversee permitting and entitlement processes, ensuring compliance with all regulations.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative strategies to streamline processes and accelerate project completion.**Qualifications**:- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in a real estate development firm, preferably with a national homebuilder and experience in production building.- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects concurrently and delivering on time and within budget.- Strong understanding of real estate development processes, including site selection, design, construction, and permitting.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
