The chosen candidate will have the opportunity not only to build a strong portfolio but also to develop the whole sales department, implement processes, hire additional salespeople, and become a leader (based on their performance).Study company products and services.Participate in lead generation alongside the marketing manager, utilizing various online tools, cold calling, and email correspondence with prospects.Solicit leads, book online meetings, and communicate with prospects.Convert leads into clients by sealing the deals.Compensation:Basic allowance structure includes:$500 CAD monthly (before any deal is closed)$1000 CAD monthly (requires at least one closed deal on a monthly basis)$2000 CAD monthly (requires at least three closed deals on a monthly basis, or alternatively meeting your quarterly monetary goals, TBD in the interview)Bonuses structure:15% of the client recurring income for the first 12 months after onboarding.10% of the client recurring income after one year.Other perks:Strong production team, one of the longest life expectancies on the market; clients stay with us for an average of 4.5 years.Ideal ProfileRequirements/qualifications:Strong English proficiency.Strong communication skills.Previous agency experience and/or knowledge of digital marketing products and services.Ability to commit to North American work hours, Eastern time zone (EST).Experience with CRM usage such as Salesforce is a plus.What's on Offer?Work in a company with a solid track record of performance.#J-18808-Ljbffr
