We are currently searching for a SAP FICO ECC:
Responsibilities

Support Globally without any region barrier on defect resolution, Incident & release management in a multi-vendor and multi-geography environment for ECC & its satellite systems
Should be able to work on implementation projects based on new opportunities
Understand the different Severities and Priorities based on the Level of issue
Understand the different SLA's and coordinate with support team for expediting the resolution of tickets
Ability to Coordinate with Business users and Support team
Consultant will actively get involved and provide following services in scope of the engagement:
Incident Management:
Acceptance of Ticket from Users, Analysis, and resolution of Incidents according to defined solution scope and agreed SLAs
Service Request Fulfilment:
Acceptance of Ticket from Users, Implementation of Service Request, Request for Continuous Operations according to defined solution scope
Problem Management:
Perform Casual Analysis periodically and fix recurring issues. Root cause analysis and resolution of Problems according to defined solution scope and agreed SLAs
Change Management:
Analysis of Incidents/Requests involved for Change. Carry out Scope definition, commercial validation, Creation of Change Requests and seek approval from Application owner, Planning, and deployment of Change, Carry out Ticket-based documentation
Proactive Management:
Carry out of interfaces/batch jobs monitoring activities. Monitoring alerts, categorization of alerts according to criticality, Creation of Incident Tickets for identified issues and/or critical alerts. Taking corrective actions by processing the Incident Tickets and Carryout proactiveadjustment to relevant parameter to avoid further issues.
Continuous Improvement:
Provide services that can help Customer to address efficiency challenges. Help to prepare Customers existing landscape for further improvements. Help in redirecting capacity from operations to create opportunities for innovation by benchmarking Assessments and operations. Help Design of Operations efficiency roadmap. Implement and Realize improvements. Identify use cases which can be automated to benefit for client and optimize operational cost
Carry out Ticket-based documentation
Request involvement of SAP Product Support as necessary
Act as a liaison and Coordinate with Technical and other team members for the resolution of issues
Proactively provide overall feedback to Production Support Manager
Monitor KPIs, report any issues, and recommend solutions for improvement

Requirements

2 to 5 years of Importante empresa working on S/4HANA FINANCE and five years in SAP FICO
Must have at least 1 SAP full life cycle implementation Importante empresa.
Manufacturing domain Importante empresa.
Hands-on Importante empresa in S/4HANA and ECC FICO in the following areas:
General Ledger
Cash Journal
Managing Material Price Changes
External Tax Audit Management
Period End Closing & Inventory Valuation for Year End Closing
Asset Accounting
Cost Management & Profitability Analysis
Financial Planning
Commitment Management
Standard Cost Calculation
Overhead Cost Accounting
Profitability and Cost Analysis
Financial Operations
Treasury Management - Basic Bank Account Management & Cash Operations
Have an understanding of Scope ID definition and business process understanding
Use of Fiori Apps
Worked on implementation, enhancement, rollout & support.
Good understanding of the integration of Production Planning (PP / PP-PI), Material Management (MM) and Warehouse Management, Controlling, Sales & Distribution (SD)
Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to work with senior-level clients to understand the key business drivers that impact client satisfaction

Languages

Advanced Oral English.
Native Spanish.
