Our client has consistently emerged as a leader in sustainability and is recognized amongst the '2021 Global 100 Most sustainable corporations in the World by Corporate Knights.We are currently searching for a Remote Senior Business Analyst & Project Manager - CRM Implementation:Responsibilities:Coordinate activities related to the design, coding, testing, and deployment of new applications on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, integrating Microsoft and non-Microsoft cloud solutions (e.G., Office 365, Power BI) to meet business requirements.Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business priorities and requirements, ensuring system functionality aligns with business needs.Prioritize enhancement requests to improve application capabilities and support ongoing Business-As-Usual (BAU) operations.Work closely with the lead project manager, developers, and internal teams to ensure project rigor in planning, status reporting, and delivery of development cycles and small projects.Implement best practices for user experience, platform configurations, license management, and business processes.Identify potential gaps in functionality or processes and collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement solutions.Coordinate with engineers through the project life cycle, facilitating design, build, and delivery of application, infrastructure, and middleware components on an agreed timeline.Liaise with developers to assess feasibility, estimate effort, and plan sprints.Develop expertise in application functionality over time and coordinate occasional training sessions for end users.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or related discipline.Minimum of 3 years of Business Analyst experience with any CRM platform.Minimum of 3 years of CRM Support Experience.Minimum of 3 years of Data Analysis experience.Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and communication skills.Highly motivated, self-directed individual with strong project management skills and the ability to multi-task.Knowledge of Microsoft CRM systems is a strong advantage.Experience in CRM or ERP implementation or migration projects
