**Job Title**: Remote service Engineer (Guadalajara)**Job title**:Remote Service Engineer (based in Guadalajara)**Your role**:- Responsible for following defined procedures and methodologies to install, configure, test, maintain and support monitoring tools.- Oversees problem identification, system architecture definition/specification and implementation.- Customer education, solution monitoring, and system restoration- Focus on Philips solutions with the aiming of customer success.**You're the right fit if**:- Alert resolution and ticket management.- Experience with PACS and RIS systems.- Technical Skills on OS (windows Server 2008-2019).- Basic networking understanding (VLAN, Load Balancer, Switches).- Basic knowledge on Database (SQL, Oracle)- Intermediate to advanced English skills
