In this role, you will oversee the telemarketing team, manage cold calling strategies, and drive efforts to schedule free estimates for various home improvement services.**Key Responsibilities**:- Lead and manage a team of cold call telemarketing agents to achieve sales goals- Develop and implement effective cold calling strategies to generate leads- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training to improve effectiveness- Responsible for hiring, training, and, if necessary, terminating team members- Schedule appointments for free estimates with interested homeowners- Provide clear and persuasive information about our services to the team- Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and team performance metrics- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing efforts**Requirements**:- Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing or cold calling management is required- English Proficiency: Must have C1 or C2 level fluency in speaking, reading, and writing- Skills: Excellent leadership, spoken, and written English skills are essential- Equipment: Must have a computer, fast and reliable internet connection, and a headset.
