The Tenant Lead reports directly to the Operations Manager. It is responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing tenants to ensure high customer satisfaction and minimize churn. You will be behind the scenes, working on your tasks below, while our Customer Service Lead toggles with tenants who are experiencing issues. The Customer Service Lead will escalate anything needed to you if all efforts are exhausted. The Tenant Lead works closely with our Maintenance, and Vacant Units departments to provide each client with perfect property stewardship, and delightful resident experiences while turning their real estate into passive income.**Responsibilities**- Be the primary contact for tenants in the organization- Document all tenant interactions in Buildium- Escalate verbal, written, or in-person tenant interactions to Operations Manager which might have legal ramifications.- Investigate and handle tenant issues which are escalated to you- Attend weekly departmental L10 meetings- Lease renewals & lease breaks- Lease violations/cure notices- Handle 3-day notices and eviction filings monthly- Manage tenant renter's insurance- Prepare & send out leases- Assist residents with third party funding assistance- Adding/removing pets/occupants- Enter & pay power/gas/trash bills- Rental verifications & Collections cases- Monthly markups- Security deposit dispositions- Bounced payment warnings- Initiate Lease signing & Lease ending process and other processes in Lead Simple**Requirements**:- 2+years Property Management Experience- Ability to use various platforms- Experience with Buildium, Property Meld, and Lead Simple a plus- Advanced English level is a must**Additional Information**- Employment Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday.- Languages: English, Spanish- Salary: 7-9 USD per hour**What to expect next****Salary**: Up to $22,173.19 per month**Experience**:- Property MAnagement: 2 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: Remote
