Your track record of success with both customers and internal stakeholders (think Customer Success, Sales, and Services) demonstrates your ability to deliver tangible value. You'll play a crucial role in aligning commercial objectives with our business growth.

Duties and Responsibilities Support the Renewals team with exceeding monthly/quarterly financial targetsResponsible for the quoting of Maintenance/Subscription Renewals for an assigned territorySupervise email requests, tasks, and questions received in a general mailbox and taking the correct action on them in a timely fashionExpected to become a Super User for renewal quoting processesWork with the Renewals Team to package and present quoting proposals to customersComfort with quoting complex contracts for multiple products with usage and price increasesProvide timely proposals and quotes in line with terms of customer and/or partner agreementsCapture, maintain, and disseminate accurate and relevant information using Salesforce.comAssist with forecasting renewal pricing and multi-year optionsWork collaboratively with internal resources such as Sales Operations, Finance, and Legal to process renewals per company guidelines Job Responsibilities: Qualifications 3 years' experience in purchasing, operations, or renewing technology solutionsProficient with Microsoft Excel and a CRM system like Salesforce.comDemonstrated history of meeting performance targetsComfort quoting and managing a large volume of transactionsHighly organized with strong attention to detailStrong oral, written and presentation skillsStrong time management, organizational and decision-making skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentA passion for problem-solving, comfort with ambiguity and creativityMotivated to succeed and participate in the growth of an exciting, fast-paced SaaS company What We Offer Exciting Projects: Come take your place at the forefront of digital transformation!
