As a result, demand for rental homes is on the rise, yet the supply for nice and modern homes is limited. More recently, there has also been a shift in what a home means - people are looking for more flexibility and mobility in their homes and the way they live life.At Beyond Homes, that's why we are building the next-generation brand for single family rental living in the US, with a goal to make quality and safe living in well-designed homes more accessible for generations to come. We're setting out to craft a 5,000+ home portfolio of value-added single family rentals across secondary and tertiary markets in the US, where cost of living is still reasonable and career opportunities are abundant. Our mission in doing so is to provide the best rental experience possible, supporting the evolved renter with compassion, thoughtfulness, and intentionality.**Responsibilities**:- Work closely with the local renovation managers to successfully manage multiple rental home renovation and turn projects on time, on budget, and with the highest quality.- Help create estimates, review scopes of work, error check budgets, and ensure our project management software is up-to-date with all of the latest information.- Dispatch vendors and help coordinate the fundamental jobs for each renovation project. Ensure vendors are timely and that project schedules are up to date.- Quality Control: Create and review quality control reports for our houses, create follow up tasks to ensure errors are corrected and that reports are updated until completion.- Vendor Onboarding: Assist with vendor sourcing and onboarding, manage collection of necessary information and ensure compliance.- Vendor Communication: Consistent follow-up with vendors for estimate submission, assisting in sourcing vendors if current contacts are not available, able to clearly explain residents' issues to vendors / contractors.Our goal is to manage 3 - 5 home renovations at a time in each market in the US, with one full-time renovation manager based locally in each market. We currently operate in five (5) markets, meaning you will simultaneously assist five (5) renovation managers on approximately 15-25 homes at any given time. Our renovation managers spend a lot of their days in the field visiting live projects, and you will be their counterpart in the office (remote), ensuring everything is running smoothly
