You coordinate with repair technicians and organize their schedules, including appointments for routine and preventative maintenance.As the work is being completed, you make sure it meets our quality standards and addresses all resident problems. Attentively, you also keep an eye on our inventory, order supplies from vendors, and manage our billing. Knowledge of Property Meld would be a bonus. Problem-solving experience would also be a plus.
