This role is focused on developing and increasing aftermarket sales by handling and maximizing aftermarket calls with customers to pro-actively develop the customer base, by handling standard incoming quote requests and by ensuring close follow-up on all open quote requests. In the role, both pro-active as well as re-active requests will be handled. This role maintains the 100% relationship ownership of AFM business with assigned customers within the region this person supports.
The sales representative will be responsible for the AFM business within a certain region/country or part of that.
Key responsibilities:
- Promote the sales of replacement filters, parts and other catalog products in assigned territory via phone
- Focus on a specific region to achieve sales goals and overall customer contact
- Maintains relationships and favorable contacts with current and potential accounts
- Resolves customer issues/problems, researches and makes recommendations for potential product enhancements or modifications to increase sales
- Make the standard quotes for the supported customer base
- Follow-up by phone all open quote requests for the supported customer base
- Follow-up all opportunities 100% (both pro-active as reactive requests
- Independently plan and schedule sales calls to maximize personal and territory sales impact in an effort to grow their business
- Keep informed of market trends, customer preferences and competitor activity, sharing information with other personnel for better strategic placement in the marketplace
- Make written and oral presentation to customers and industry groups
- May travel to customer locations occasionally
- This job really exists in selling via phone in a designated area as per a well-defined sales process and CRM usage

- The profile needs to be a commercial extravert person that is driven by sales
- Ability to contact customers in a pro-active way
- Having good technical skillset to understand our products for
- A first level of immediate customer responses
- Handling standard quote requests

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
- English (Intermediate)
