All these through handling and maximizing outbound calls, prospecting, and enhancing our customer experience and by maximizing CRM utilization.Role ResponsibilitiesPromote the sales of replacement filters, parts, and other catalog products in assigned territory via phone.Focus on a specific region to achieve sales goals and overall customer contact.Maintain relationships and favorable contacts with current and potential accounts.Resolve customer issues/problems, research, and make recommendations for potential product enhancements or modifications to increase sales.Make standard quotes for the supported customer base.Follow up by phone on all open quote requests for the supported customer base.Follow up on all opportunities 100% (both proactive and reactive requests).Independently plan and schedule sales calls to maximize personal and territory sales impact to grow the business.Keep informed of market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity, sharing information with other personnel for better strategic placement in the marketplace.Make written and oral presentations to customers and industry groups.Travel: Up to 5%Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent through commercial experience.English (Intermediate-Advanced).Preferred Qualifications:The profile needs to be an extroverted commercial person that is driven by sales and customer focus.Ability to contact customers in a proactive way.Good technical skillset to understand our products.Ability to provide immediate customer responses.Experience handling standard quote requests.Ability to seek support from specialists when needed.Telephone contact skills are an asset for this role.Employment opportunities for positions in the United States may require use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
