Nokia's Network Infrastructure group is at the heart of a revolution to bring more and faster network capacity to people worldwide through our ambition, innovation, and technical expertise.The team you will be a part ofWe are a global virtual team that is responsible for driving continuous improvement of repair operations. You will be interfacing with Engineering, Quality, and Services organizations within Nokia as well as with our internal and external Repair Centers to resolve issues, improve quality, and drive cost reductions.What you will learn and contribute toAs part of the team, you will:- Act as primary internal and external interface and first escalation point for repair quality issues.- Drive root cause analysis of quality issues.
