No matter who you are, where you're from, or who you love, you can always influence the people around you and make a positive impact in the world.Know more: PepsiCoJobs Join PepsiCo, dare for better.ResponsibilitiesThe RoleThe Reporting and Analytics Analyst is responsible for supporting the LATAM business teams by creating, executing, and populating commercial-related information through standard reports and BI tools.This role serves as the point of contact between the business and technology teams, troubleshooting data or performance issues.As the Reporting and Analytics Analyst, you will gather requirements from functional LATAM teams, document their needs, and manage your tasks to ensure timely execution of activities.Your ImpactAs the Reporting and Analytics Analyst, your responsibilities will include:Analyzing requests or issues and providing solutions using existing reporting tools or by implementing new functionalities.Optimizing processes by leveraging best practices.Establishing procedures to identify, track, escalate, resolve, and report customer problems.Ensuring appropriate customer escalations and ticket assignments with different teams, including sustainment teams.Overseeing the onboarding of new reports and services by training the end-user community.Participating in fine-tuning activities to improve performance and meet SLAs (Service Level Agreements).Attending meetings with client subject matter experts to gather functional business requirements.Engaging in continuous improvement meetings.Being responsible for Business Intelligence functional specification documents and project assessments.Executing reports in alignment with SLAs.QualificationsWho Are We Looking For?Good understanding of Business analytics and reporting tools (Power BI Desktop, Excel, Tableau, Access, Alteryx)Advanced skills on Microsoft ExcelKnowledge of data governance models and Customer/Material hierarchiesProficient on creating dynamic Dashboards and Reports at different levels of detail using the PepsiCo standards reporting tools (e.G. Power BI, Business Objects, MicroStrategy, etc
