Reporting Specialist

**This is how you WOW**:- Develop and implement new financial reporting and dashboarding solutions to meet business needs- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements- Utilize SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) and other tools to design interactive dashboards and reports- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reports through rigorous testing- Stay updated on industry trends to drive innovation in financial reporting- Train and support users in accessing and interpreting reports- Integrate reporting solutions with existing systems and processes- Continuously evaluate and refine reporting processes for efficiency**It would be WOW if you would bring this in**:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.- 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting or related role.- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present financial data.- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software like SAP.- Dashboarding Experience, preferably SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud)- Effective project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively- Experience in an international maquila or manufacturing environment is a plus.- Willingness to regularly travel to the US headquarters.
