You'll ensure strong client relationships through responsive, real-time communication.Key Responsibilities:Process and set up new claims for commercial lines.Maintain accurate client records in Alliant's system.Provide timely, client-facing support to ensure satisfaction.Schedule:Training Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:40 pm Monday to FridayOperations Schedule: Monday 6:30 am - 4:30 pm, Tuesday to Friday 6:30 am - 4:00 pmRequirements:Prior experience in a call center or administrative role.Proficient in both English and Spanish.
