**OBJECTIVES**:
Responsible of the administration of the documents named POD's (Proof of Delivery to customers) according to the different processes of reception and management.
In charge of the administration of Invoices and PODs processed via RAACOS website, by monitoring exceptions in the reception of documentation, system errors or document inconsistencies detected in the upload process.
Responsible of receiving, reviewing and consolidating original POD documentation to be sent to Iron Mountain provider for its digitalization and archive process.
Mapping current logistics network design and domestic transport supply in alignment to business objectives to suggest and lead optimization projects which assure the organization having an improved logistics performance, promoting faster response to customer needs and cost analysis decision making
In charge of providing a variety of logistics scenarios for improving inland logistics operation
Establish and monitor claims procedures and transport performance to assure and secure the product handling and service level during transits to final customers.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Receive and review the physical POD documents sent by the transport and warehouse suppliers that deliver products to Ravago customers
- Make sure the document containing the customer proof of order reception has the signature, company seal or person written name in either the Instructions Letter or Invoice having the seller company letterhead.
- Compound in archive boxes the POD documents according to the Seller Company, in order to be sent to Iron Mountain for its digitalization and archive
- Follow up on the specific list of "customers in reserve" POD documentation requested by the Ravago Credit team to be kept in originals, anticipating possible credit disputes.
- Follow up on the specific list of "customers requesting original documentation" issued by the CSR team to recover the original POD which has to be sent to the customer by the CSR messenger.
- Update the SharePoint files with its corresponding digitalized POD's received by the transportation and warehouse suppliers according to the shipment log maintained in SP by the Logistics Coordinators
- Mapping current logistics scenarios and transportation modalities defined/used for domestic distribution
- Suggest different routes, networks or providers to optimize transport and warehousing costs.
- Manage and upgrade of the transport tariff repository to provide quarterly updates to the Commercial and CSR teams..
- Provide optimal support and follow-up to every customer or business requirement related to logistics services (transport options and costs, transit times, optimal warehousing selection, etc)
- Identify areas of improvement to the logistics processes in order to avoid risks and improve performance
- Develop logistic data base information to allow the position making analysis and projections based on current status and desired future state.
