**Job Description**:
Analyzing Workplace Safety data and communicating results and trends along with continuous improvement opportunities; Assessing site Workplace Safety performance and conformance to requirements;
- Supporting the site as Subject Matter Expert on Workplace Safety requirements;
- Working in partnership with the local site leadership to support Workplace Safety cultural transformation;
- Developing and educating site employees to drive Workplace Safety cultural transformation; and Developing partnerships with key site personnel including Manufacturing and Non-Manufacturing Leadership, Human Resources, Industrial Hygiene and Ergonomics resources, and Health Services.

**Requerimientos Clave**:
- Ing. Industrial, Ing. Eléctrico, Ing. Mecánica, Electromecánico o afín.
- Deseable experiência en Seguridad Industrial (+ 1 año)
- Conocimiento deseable en NOM de STPS, OSHAS, Gestión de riesgos, Administración de cambios
- Disponibilidad para rolar turnos puede incluir domingos y días festivos
- Inglés intermedio-avanzado
**Responsabilidades**:
- Participación en comités de seguridad
- Recorridos de Seguridad
- Investigación de incidentes
- Colaborar con el equipo de seguridad para auditorias en sitio y corporativas, revisiones de riesgo, entre otras
