**PRINCIPAL FUNCTION**Provide advice and information to our vendors, customers and distributors on everything related to our products, entry of purchase orders from our distributors, issuance of materials, attention to requests for the return of materials, claims of non-conforming product, service, complaints or comments, in order to achieve the objective of service level and level of customer satisfaction**ESENTIAL FUNCTION**- Manage the Purchase Order Registration process manually and through the Order Center system and follow up with planners to provide material status.- Ensures the creation of New products (NEWITEMS and ETO's) with the corresponding Eaton plant.- Coordinate communication with clients to execute shipments, changes or modifications of orders generated after manual or electronic registration.- Manage Customer Satisfaction in the assigned sales office(s) by obtaining VOC / NPS / CE as indicators of satisfaction and loyalty of our customers.- Manage the necessary responses to customer requirements, communication channel between our Customers and Sales department with departments of the organization such as Operations, Logistics, Engineering and Finance.- Participation and generation of improvement projects VAVE's and BPI's, EBS that are obtained through the analysis of the voice of the Client obtained from the different mechanisms of collection and analysis of the same.- Coordinate and participate in the activities of EBS, EBS PULL, ISO9000 and ISO14000 Audits.- Document and execute Cancellations, Claims and Returns- Manages communication with the manufacturing plant and customers, being the official communication mechanism between both to coordinate different processes such as inspections, shipment information and coordination, logistics & product dispatch.
