If you are a problem solver by nature and like to exceed expectations, this is the role for you.As a customer support professional, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer service to our cardholders by:Maximizing our services and benefits with the aim of making AMEX the business card of our Affiliates and establishing their loyalty to the brand.Analyzing our Cardholder's spending history, trends and determining their needs to ensure personalized interaction on each connection.Achieving pre-established goals of service and efficiency.Sticking to your schedule and efficiently handling inquiries from card members.Responding to a large volume of calls, demonstrating extraordinary customer service in every interaction.Having conversational skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.Minimum Qualifications:Passion for customer service.Strong negotiation skills.Clear and concise communication in Spanish.Developing customer loyalty through exceptional listening.Ability to build trust in conversations with our customers.Ability to work simultaneously in a fast-paced environment driven by various metrics.Navigation in a Windows environment.Adaptability.Ability to recover from adversity.Effective resolution to the client in an adequate manner.Agility.Additional Requirements:Flexibility to work anytime between 06:00am-11:00 pm, including weekends
