As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support and resolving issues with efficiency and professionalism.Key Responsibilities:Develop effective communication and negotiation skills to overcome objections and find solutions that satisfy both parties.Meet collection goals by delivering exceptional customer service and securing timely payments.Negotiate win-win outcomes for overdue account payments, ensuring mutual understanding and satisfaction.Provide general billing support, clarifying doubts, orders, and complaints related to overdue payments or fees.Listen actively, respond thoughtfully, and resolve consistently throughout each call, fostering strong relationships with customers.Utilize personal computers to take notes, research billing questions, and engage with customers on the phone.Requirements:Possess advanced conversational English to interact seamlessly with U.S. customers.Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office, as well as previous experience in customer care, billing, collections, or similar roles.Show ability to work 40 hours per week during operation hours from 7:00 am to 9:15 pm CST, Monday to Friday, with weekends off.Be comfortable working in an office environment 100% of the time.Compensation and Benefits:Monthly Base Salary: MXN$18,225 (before Taxes)Monthly Grocery vouchers MXN $1,519 every 14 daysMonthly Restaurant vouchers MXN $1,216 every 14 daysAbout Us:AT&T is committed to providing equal employment opportunities and reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities.
