Representante De Soporte Tecnico

The Modern Workplace group is seeking an individual with a solid understanding of Site Support Services related with Asset Management and Inventory records.
This individual will be responsible for Information Management and participate in the Annual Physical Inventory for PCs, Software Licensing, Networking, Peripherals and Mobile Phones.
Preferably this individual will have had some hands-on experience dealing with great communication skills to interact with end users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively working and interacting with end users at Office or Home based to confirm and match records on assets assigned to them; DXC is responsible on the Accuracy of the Information related with Inventory Records on Customer environment.
- Actively handling the proper communication skills to escalate on those not located users/devices to our Customer Management Staff.
- This position will have objectives related for tracking on the Assets and their spares (PCs, Barcode Printers, RF Scanners) at the Office and production lines within our customers.
Essential Skills/ Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience working with the technology industry, specifically handling significantly sized accounts (Windows Operative Systems, MS Office 365 and basic Network commands)
- Strong communication skills to listen to client and articulate back for solutioning doubts on how to get Asset Information needed.
- May require evening or weekend work
