**What You'll Do**:- Responsible for engaging with inbound potential customers across the United States and around the globe.- Conduct daily phone calls and conversations in English.- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments- Engage customers with professionalism, enthusiasm, and energy.- Be involved in making improvements to our sales strategies and processes**Who We're Looking For**:- Someone with excellent oral and written English communication skills.- Someone looking to grow in a successful fast-growing company- Previous call center, sales, or customer service experience is highly preferred.- Demonstrated ability to develop positive working relationships with team members and team managers.- Demonstrated ability to be professional, flexible, resilient, solution-oriented, and creative.- Currently living in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon**Skills and Experience**:- Bachelor's degree, or relevant equivalent experience plus a minimum of three years related professional experience.- Previous call center, sales, or customer service experience**What we Offer**:- This position offers a base salary of 20,000 - 25,000 pesos- Excellent commissions: skilled sales representatives will find they can double or triple their base salary with commissions.
