Objetivo: Promocionar la venta de los productos asignados contando con una comprensión integral de los mismos, asegurar la implementación de las estrategias de mercadotecnia y tácticas comerciales con los Médicos y centros relacionados a cuidados dermatológicos, así como desarrollar y mantener relaciones con éstos a largo plazo.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Colaborar con la Gerencia de Distrito en el establecimiento y en la ejecución de la estrategia local con el fin de alcanzar las metas establecidas para la división.
- Lograr los objetivos de venta anuales para el territorio asignado.
- Mantener una comprensión integral sobre la cartera de productos de Galderma, evidencias clínicas, categorías y oportunidades de venta cruzada, con el fin de optimizar las interacciones con los clientes y garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos.
- Visitar a Médicos y Centros Médicos definidos para promocionar y vender productos del portafolio de consumo con base en las necesidades de los pacientes o consumidores finales.
- Colaborar con la Gerencia de Distrito en el diseño, implementación y monitoreo de los planes requeridos para incrementar la eficiencia de la división.
- Preparar reportes sobre los resultados de su función y explicar las desviaciones a la Gerencia de Distrito.
- Proponer iniciativas a la Gerencia de Distrito para mejorar los resultados de la división.
**Perfil**:
Educación/Training: Licenciatura terminada, deseable en Administración, Mercadotecnia o Químico Biológica. Inglés - Básico.
Work Experience: Mínimo 1 año en ventas. Idealmente de productos farmacéuticos y/o dermocosméticos.
