**Description**:**Essential Functions**- Operational management of membership maintenance services (registrations, cancellations and changes)- Management of outbound calls to clients to collect information to support procedures- Reception and control of support documents- Review of supporting documents for each type of service requested.- Capture of procedures (registrations, cancellations and changes) in the operational management system- Update and daily control of services in process Issuance of productivity reports**Required Experience**- Handling administrative outbound calls (client requirements)- Knowledge of the Acquiring business in processes related to the operation. (Clarifications, affiliation, service- charges, technical support, fraud prevention, risk, etc. Basic level of Excel**Minimum Qualifications**- High school, technical or higher career- Skills and Competencies- Good diction- Empathic- Basic level of Excel.- I work under pressure- Teamwork- Service attitude- Active listening- Reading Comprehension- Ease of speech- Deal maker- Compelling- Stubborn- Effective and structured communication- Availability of schedule rotation- Proactivity Conflict management**Organizational Relationships**Membership control, Implementation, Fraud Prevention, EVO sales and banking executives
