**Skills**:
- Ability to extract, analyze and interpret data.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with running and/or requesting queries, creating reports and presenting findings.
- Ability to key 55 wpm.
- Computer proficient with Microsoft Office Applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong customer service, verbal and written skills.

- Working knowledge of Herbalife Business Systems.
**Experience**:
- 5-year prior experience in an office environment.
- 4-year customer service experience.
- 1+ years of analytical or data analysis experience
**Education**:
- High School Diploma
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of lookups, and advanced formulas in Excel to analyze data and consolidate reports.
- 1+ years of Business Intelligence experience
