**Responsibilities**:
- Contributes to the development, maintainance and implementation of enterprise wide standards and strategies to strengthen and enhance the Bank's Enterprise Risk Management Program.
- Close interaction with global partners to advance the Reputational Risk Management Program and is a key contributor to many other strategic initiatives.
- Manages program for identifying, measuring, monitoring, controlling and reporting reputational risks to determine appropriate risk coverage.
- Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
- Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
**Qualifications**:
- 6-10 years experience in financial services with a demonstrated understanding of risk management framework in relevant business domains.
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Management experience
- Ability to work under pressure, tight deadlines and with unexpected requirement changes
- Balanced blend of analytical skills, problem solving, and reporting and communication skills
- Ability to assess business transactions and products to mitigate the associated reputational risks
- Advanced organizational skills including attention to detail, multi-tasking and following up
- Critical thinking and the ability to execute credible challenge and influence stakeholders across different areas without a formal reporting line.
- Experience using databases and other tracking tools
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Experience working collaboratively across various areas of the organization and presenting to senior management
**Education**:
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree
- Incorporate the Reputation Risk Appetite Statement into decision-making processes and communicate and promote the Risk Appetite Framework as part of Citi's risk culture.
- Promote a safe and sound risk culture through a framework of policies, business practices, training modules, and ad-hoc communication bulletins to help staff understand their roles and responsibilities in the management of risk and risk appetite across Citi.
- Conduct a quarterly assessment for their Stakeholder Category as part of the Reputation Risk Appetite Assessment
