Requirements Engineer

Position summary:Bose Automotive Systems Division is seeking a Requirements Engineer to join our team. As a Requirements Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring that the functional and non-functional requirements of our Audio Systems conform to the ASPICE standard.Responsibilities:Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders.Develop and manage requirements documentation.Ensure requirements quality by reviewing and updating requirements.Ensure compliance with ASPICE standard.Collaborate with the development team.Manage changes to the requirements throughout the development process.Required skills and experience:Experience with requirements management tools.Familiarity with Systems and Software development processStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a global team environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Willing and able to travel (approx. 10%)Preferred skills and experiencePrevious experience in systems engineering.3+ years of experience in the Automotive or related Industry.Experience with ASPICE compliant products.Experience with JAMA tool.Education and Language requirementsBachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical or Software EngineeringMust be fluent in both Spanish and English.
