**About the Position**:
**Responsibilities***:
- ** Support in research designing**: Assist in the design and development of the research study, including the creation of research instruments, protocols, and methodologies for interviews.
- ** Independently handle qualitative data collection process through phone conversations**: Conduct phone interviews and other qualitative data collection methods with participants to gather in-depth insights.
- ** Hold research operations (Data collection and management)**: Oversee and manage the entire data collection process, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the data collected.
- ** Ensure data quality during the process**: Implement quality control measures to ensure the reliability and validity of the data collected.
- ** Analyze data to generate insights and reports**: Perform comprehensive data analysis to extract meaningful insights and produce detailed reports on the study's findings.
**Requirements**:
- ** Education**: Preferably, a Master's degree in Social Sciences, Education, Public Policy, or a related field.
- ** Experience**: Previous experience in robust data collection exercises for qualitative information (all stages: collecting, validating, systematizing and analyzing).
- ** Skills**:
- Strong qualitative research skills, including experience with data collection through interviews.
- Proficiency in data management and analysis.
- Fluent in English and local language, Bangla
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Bachelors in Technology / Masters in Technology
