.**Fòs Feminista**Fòs Feminista is an intersectional feminist organization centered around the sexual and reproductive health and rights of women, girls, and gender-diverse people. Together with local partners across the globe, we engage in healthcare, education, and advocacy to advance our agenda. This includes providing sexual and reproductive health services and implementing community-based strategies that make sexual and reproductive healthcare more accessible to the most marginalized women and girls. We also engage young people with comprehensive sexuality education and provide care to survivors of gender-based violence. We stand alongside our partners in the streets, in the courts, and in other advocacy spaces as an unapologetically feminist voice, resisting injustice and advocating for gender equality and reproductive rights locally and globally.**Summary**As part of Fòs Feminista's Strategic Refresh, one of our commitments is to expand care and services for contraception, abortion, sexual and gender-based violence, and comprehensive sexuality education, including in humanitarian settings, by developing, promoting, and scaling telehealth and other digital solutions.Added to the provision of sexual and reproductive health services on-site, digital interventions have become one of the most innovative approaches globally to advance access to sexual and reproductive health services, especially for youth and adolescents. The success of these digital solutions is linked to keeping high-quality standards, including the usage of a user-centered approach, implementation of strong data privacy and security protocols, clear impact measurement methods and access to feedback. In 2020, Fòs Feminista started a compendium of diverse digital health interventions implemented by our partners, with the objective to have a more comprehensive view of their work related to telemedicine and digital solutions. Some of the identified interventions are related to increasing or strengthening the available sexual and reproductive health services offered by our partners. Other interventions were created as a response to the consequence of the Covid-19 pandemic. All of them show innovative approaches and relevant results transferred to advancing access to sexual and reproductive health services.**Scope of work**Additionally, we expect the consultant or consulting agency to develop case studies with 5 specific partners (Ecuador, Bolivia, and Guyana and two others to be determined) around the challenges and opportunities in the implementation of digital sexual and reproductive health interventions for youth and adolescents, a comparison of pros and cons with on-site service delivery, and a series of recommendations for the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of digital sexual and reproductive health interventions for youth and adolescents
