**This role interacts with the Functional Expert team (new organization structure) and other relevant functions within the business to ensure process adherence, simplification and standardization of existing systems and processes as well as proper integration of new systems and processes.
Building and strengthening relationships within the functions is a key driver for success.

**What are we looking for?

- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-3 years direct experience in a corporate environment
- ** Minimum qualifications**:

- Ability to present to small groups
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical skills
- Highly-proficient in Excel
- Proven ability to set and measure performance standards, working to consistently improve and stretch
- Well-developed problem solving skills
- ** Preferred qualifications**:

- SAP experience
- Project management experience

**What will be your key responsibilities?
**:

- Ensure End Users and Key Users are competent in processes and system knowledge
- Troubleshoot issues not solved by End Users or Key Users
- Assist with onboarding/training of Key Users and documentation
- Coordinate Process Integration, support, conformance and after care
